The 24V intermediate relay module is a key interface component in industrial automation control. Its core function is to convert 24V low-voltage control signals into multiple independent high-power or high-voltage load control signals, while achieving circuit isolation and signal expansion.
Signal amplification and driving: Weak current signals (24V DC) from PLCs, microcontrollers, and other devices cannot directly drive high-power equipment (such as contactor coils, solenoid valves, indicator lights). The module controls high current loads with low current by electromagnetic contact closure.
Electrical isolation protection: The input end (coil) and output end (contact) are completely electrically isolated to prevent high-voltage surges, interference, or short circuits on the load side from damaging sensitive controllers (such as PLC CPUs).
Expansion of contact quantity: A single 24V input signal can trigger multiple sets of contacts (such as 8 or 16) within the module, achieving "one to many" control, simplifying wiring and saving space.
Logic conversion and type adaptation: Supports normally open/normally closed contact switching, some modules are compatible with NPN/PNP signals, and can flexibly convert DC/AC, low/high voltage circuits (such as using DC24V to control AC220V equipment).

Safety isolation circuit: In high-voltage equipment control, ensure the safety isolation between the low-voltage operation panel and the high-voltage main circuit.
Signal transfer and distribution: Distribute a single sensor or switch signal to multiple actuators to achieve synchronous start stop or interlocking control.
